Adel Kali Bichromicum 30 CH (10 ml)

It specially affects the MUCOUS MEMBRANES of the air passages; NOSE; pharynx, stomach and duodenum producing ADHESIVE; STICKY; STRINGY; tough, lumpy or thick discharges. More adapted to subacute rather than the violent acute stage. Mucous membranes everywhere are affected. Diseased conditions progress slowly but deeply; causing great weakness bordering on paralysis but little fever. Plastic or fibrous exudations spread downwards. It is adapted to fat, fair, fleshy, light complexioned persons, subject to catarrhs or with syphilitic or scrofulous history. Nephritis with gastric disturbances. Cirrhosis of liver. Anaemia and absence of fever are characteristic. General weakness bordering on paralysis. Pains occur in small spots or migrate quickly from place to place; and finally attack the stomach. Rheumatic and gastric symptoms alternate. Diagonal pains. Ascending symptoms, gastric pains, chills, heat etc. Formation of crusts on mucous membranes and skin. Ulcers; with dark dots; deep; perforating, round, punched out; with over-hanging edges or thick crusts. Septal or peptic ulcers. Sensation of heaviness in different parts. As if a hair on tongue, in nostrils etc. Yellowness; of discharges, eyes, vision, tongue etc. Sharp stitching pains. Itching internally in vagina, ear, lungs etc. Cracking of joints. Indolent or sluggish reaction, in many conditions, ulcers, inflammations etc. Affections of root of the nose, tongue, penis etc. Stubborn suppurations. Plugs of pus; stringy. Ill effects from indulgence in beer and malt liquor. Neuralgia, daily at the same hour. Sickly, chilly and cachetic. Biting like bugs. Membranes look furred. Pains appear and disappear suddenly. Epilepsy; ropy saliva from mouth during convulsions. Weakness and weariness; after pains.  Dilatation of stomach and heart.

Take 5 drops in half cup of water 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician OR

Medicate the globules and take 4-6 globules 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

• Fat, light-haired persons who suffer from catarrhal, syphillitic or psoric affections. Fat, chubby, short-necked children disposed to croup and croupy affections.
• Affections of the mucous membranes - eyes, nose, mouth, throat, bronchi, gastro-intestinal and genito-urinary tracts - discharge of a tough, stringy mucus which adheres to the parts and can be drawn into long strings
• Complaints occurring in hot weather.
• Liability to take cold in open air.
• Rheumatism alternating with gastric symptoms, one appearing in the fall and the other in the spring; rheumatism and dysentery alternate 
• Vertigo with nausea when rising from seat. 
• Discharges from tough, stringy which adhere to the parts & can be drawn into long strings
• Pain in small spots that can be covered with the tip of a finger, shift rapidly from one part to another, appear and disappear suddenly.
• Neuralgia every day at same hour 
• Gastric complaints: bad effects of beer; loss of appetite; weight in pit of stomach; flatulence; worse soon after eating; vomiting of ropy mucus and blood; round ulcer of stomach 
• Nose: pressive pain in root of nose; discharge of plugs, "clinkers;" tough, ropy, green fluid mucus; in clear masses, and has violent pain from occiput to forehead if discharge eases. Ulceration of septum, with bloody discharge or large flakes of hard mucus
• Diphtheria: pseudo-membranous deposit, firm, pearly, fibrinous, prone to extend downwards to larynx and trachea 
• Oedematous bladder-like appearance of uvula
• Spottiness, stringiness & yellowness
•  Cough: violent, rattling, with gagging from viscid mucus in the throat; worse when undressing.
• Croup: hoarse, metallic, with expectoration of tough mucus or fibro-elastic casts in morning on awakening; with dyspnoea, Better by lying down.
• Deep-eating ulcers in fauces; often syphilitic.
• Headache: blurred vision or blindness precedes the attack; must lie down; aversion to light and noise; sight returns as headache increases.
• Prolapsus uteri, seemingly in hot weather.
• Sexual desire absent in fleshy people.
