Adel Osmium Metallicum 30 CH (10 ml)

It affects the respiratory tract; esp. trachea. Though secretions are foul, urine smells like violets; eructations like radishes and axillary sweat like garlic. Crawling on back and shoulders. Pains go up and down. Causes adhesion of the nail fold.  It is useful in cases of skin condition like eczema. It is indicated in case of proteinuria. It increases the local perspiration.

Asthma. Bronchitis. Cold, liability to. Coryza. Cough, spasmodic. Eczema. Erections. Glaucoma. Headache. Hernia. Herpes iris. Larynx, pain in. Penis, sores on. Pollutions. Post-nasal bleeding. Post-nasal growths. Spermatic cords, pains in. Sternum, pain in. Syphilis. Syphilitic eruptions. Testicles, pains in. Tongue, sore. Trachea, pain in.

Take 5 drops in half cup of water 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician OR

Medicate the globules and take 4-6 globules 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

• Greenish or rainbow colours around the light. Glaucoma; with iridescent vision.
• Pain in trachea with cough and expectoration of tough, stingy mucus. 

• Coryza, with full feeling in nose. Nose and larynx sensitive to air. 

• Small lumps of phlegm from posterior nares.

• Spasmodic cough; sounds as if coughing in an empty tube; with torn loose feeling and tenacious sputum. Talking causes pain in larynx. Sensitive air passages.

• Acute inflammation of larynx with cough and expectoration of tough and stringy mucus. Cough is dry, noisy, hard in violent short bursts, which shakes the whole body.

• Eczematous rash on face and upper limbs.-Prickly heat disappears on upper half of body and increases on lower, first on thigh, then on leg, then on ankle.

• Eczema with itching. The pimples are itching. The sweat is increased and it smells like garlic.

• Stool: hard, then soft, orange-colored, dry, full of air, delayed, next day scanty and small, only a small lump like a marble, difficult.
