Adel Sanguinaria Canadensis 1X (Q) (20ml)

It is a RIGHT SIDED remedy, affecting the head, LIVER; chest and deltoid. It produces VASO-MOTOR DISTURBANCES, as is seen in circumscribed redness of the cheeks, abdomen, tongue etc.; congestion of blood to head, chest, abdomen etc.; flushes of heat and general pulsations. BURNING HEAT AND EBULLITIONS. Mucous membranes become dry. Burning; in throat, under sternum; spots or stitches in chest; palms and soles. Burnt feeling; in tongue. Symptoms ascend or end in bilious vomiting. Internal rawness. Acrid, blood streaked or foul discharge. Lies on back with head elevated. Climacteric disorders. Bilious. Pains increase and decrease with the sun. Sudden stopping of catarrh of respiratory tract followed by diarrhoea. Polypi, nasal, uterine. Fungus excrescences. Sick and faint from odour of flowers. Pains in places where bones are least covered.

• The periodical sick headache; begins in morning, increases during the day, lasts until evening; head feels as if it would burst, or as if eyes would be pressed out; relieved by sleep.
• American sick headache, better by perfect quiet in a dark room. Headache begins in occiput, spreads upwards and settles over right eye. Headaches, return at the climacteric; every seventh day
• Neuralgia of face better by kneeling down and pressing the head firmly against the floor; pain extends in all directions from the upper jaw.
• Circumscribed red cheeks in afternoon; burning in ears; in bronchitis, pneumonia, phthisis.
• Rheumatic pain in the right arm and shoulder; cannot raise the arm, worse at night.
• Pains in places where the bones are least covered, as tibia, backs of hands, etc
• Burning in pharynx and oesophagus. Laryngeal or nasal polypi
• Climacteric ailments: flushes of heat and leucorrhoea; burning of palms and soles; compelled to throw off bedclothes; painful enlargement of breasts
• Asthma after the "rose cold," worse from odors.
• Cough: dry, waking him at night and not ceasing until he sits up in bed and passes flatus; circumscribed red cheeks; night sweats; diarrhoea.
• Severe cough after whooping-cough; the cough returns every time patient takes cold.
• Eruption on face of young women, especially during scanty menses
• Pain especially right sided from exposure to heat of sun with marked periodicity. 
• Highly chilly patient, very much susceptible to cold, even gets affected by change of weather
• Rheumatism of right shoulder, left hip-joint and nape of neck. Rheumatic pains in places least covered by flesh; not in joints soles of feet burn.

MODALITIES:

• Worse: sweets, right side, motion, touch.
• Better:  acids, sleep, darkness.
