Adel Strophanthus Hispidus 30 CH (10 ml)

Used as an arrow poison, it increases the contractile power of all striped muscles esp. HEART; increasing the systole and diminishing the rapidity. It can be used with advantage to tone the heart and run off dropsical effusions. Has no cumulative action; safe for corpulent, aged persons, with rigid arteries. Functional disturbances of heart from alcohol, tobacco; tea. Mitral regurgitation. Arterio-sclerosis. Twitchings of the muscles. Stitching pains. Undulating sensation in whole body. Throbbings. Rapid alternations of symptoms, with slow pulse. Faintness. Anaemia with palpitation and breathlessness Goitre, exophthalmic. Increased secretions. Abolishes the taste for alcohol.

Alcoholism. Anaemia. Cough. Diplopia. Dropsy; cardiac. Haemoptysis. Heart, affections of. Levitation.

Take 5 drops in half cup of water 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician OR

Medicate the globules and take 4-6 globules 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

• Vertigo; with swimming vision; senile.
• Craving for coffee. Loss of appetite.
• Nausea with disgust for alcohol. Loathing of food, followed by choking and vomiting after eating.
• Nausea and profuse sweating, repugnance to alcohol, abolishes the desire to drink alcohol 
• The heart is easily and powerfully affected, as the action of medicine is on the stripped muscle.
• Urine, increased secretion; or scanty albuminous.
• Pulse small, frequent and irregular, great difficulty of breathing.
• Distinct stitching and restlessness towards apex of heart and twitching throughout body 
• Burning in oesophagus and stomach with loss of appetite and extreme gastric distress
• Chronic; nervous palpitation, and arrest of breathing. Stitches and twitches at apex beat.
• Pulse; rapid, alternating with slow; weak, small irregular. 
• Burning in throat and oesophagus to stomach, compelling empty swallowing
