Alcoholism is a chronic, often progressive disease involving preoccupation with alcohol and impaired control over alcohol intake. Alcoholism involves physical dependence on the drug alcohol. 

• Nux Vomica: It helps in complaints of restlessness and giddiness after heavy drinking. It also checks vomiting after drinking.
• Hyoscyamus Niger: Delirium tremens - inflammatory; rush of blood towards head.
• Cannabis Indica: For patients who drink in excess and have many fears in mind.
• Stramonium: Mental depression and tremors.
• Calcarea Carbonica: Symptoms due to alcoholism.
• Acidum Sulphuricum: Used for debility arising from alcoholic drinks. There is intense craving for alcoholic stimulants. Useful for gastric affections like heartburn, sour eructation in alcoholics.
• Agaricus Muscarius: Useful medicine for delirium of alcoholics. Delirium of alcoholic patient characterized by singing, shouting.
• Lachesis: Remedy for delirium tremens with much trembling and confusion in alcoholics. Useful for liver and abdominal complaints of alcoholics.

Take 50 drops in half-cup of water, 4 times a day for 4 days.

After 4 days, take 30 Drops, 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician
