• Atropinum: Pain as if clutched by a hand, worse, jar, pressure. Vomiting of food; after hot drinks; with severe sticking pains in umbilical region.-> After vomiting.-Region of stomach very sensitive; swelling in pyloric region.
• Carbo Vegetabilis: Flatulence and fullness with weak digestion, accompanies all complaints. Simplest food disagrees. Flatulence upper abdomen. Pressure at the pit of the stomach, as if the heart were going to be crushed, esp. in suckling women.
• Chamomilla: Flatulent colic; after anger with red cheeks and hot perspiration. Cutting wind. Acid rising (the existing pain is aggravated by eructations). Pressive gastralgia, as from a stone on the stomach, with difficulty of respiration, chiefly after eating, or at night, with inquietude and tossing, either renewed or mitigated by coffee.
• Chelidonium Majus: Constant pain under the lower and inner angle of the right scapula. Gnawing in stomach relieved by eating.-Sensation of coldness in stomach.Cutting pain in stomach when yawning; soon after eating.
• Lycopodium Clavatum: Pain shooting across lower abdomen from right to left. Flatulence much noisy.  Dyspepsia with loud croaking in the abdomen.-Affections of the inner lower belly. Full, distended abdomen with cold feet.
• Scrophularia Nodosa: Colic below the navel. Pain in right hypochondrium, < deep inspiration or lying r. side.Cutting in liver on pressure.Twisting-pinching pain in umbilicus. 
• Nux Vomica: Pressure on stomach, an hour after eating. Flatulent distension, with spasmodic colic. Colic from uncovering. Liver engorged, with stitches and soreness. Colic, with upward pressure, causing short breath, and desire for stool.
• Anacardium Occidentale: Empty sensation in stomach, and is relieved by eating. Weak digestion, with fullness and distention. Empty feeling in stomach. Eructation, nausea, vomiting. Apt to choke when eating or drinking. Swallows food and drinks hastily.
• Arsenicum Album: Burning pains, affected parts burn like fire, pains maddening, even felt during sleep, cause shortness of breath. Regurgitation of acrid matter, or of bitter greenish mucus. Flow of water from the stomach, like water-brash.
• Argentum Nitricum: Flatulence, painful swelling of pit of stomach. Abdominal colic with much flatulent distention.Gastralgia, esp. in delicate, nervous women; brought on by any emotion, loss of sleep, or at menstrual period. Nausea, retching, vomiting of glairy mucus. Flatulence

10-15 drops should be diluted in water and taken 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician 

In acute cases take the dose 2 hourly, 6 times a day or as prescribed by the physician
