It affects BLOOD; heart; liver. It produces profound nervous shock; with deathly sickness, trembling and prostration. Easily tired by slight exertion. Paralysis; post- diphtheritic, of the insane. It causes disorganisation of blood and tissues. HAEMORRHAGES are slow, oozing, of dark thin blood not clots; from all the orifices; and surfaces esp. from pharynx. Bloody pus, sweat. Tissues rapidly decompose producing putrid and MALIGNANT CONDITIONS. Dark or bluish parts. Septic conditions, tonsils; goitre, ulcers, abscesses, blood boils. Petechiae. Gangrene. Neuralgia as a sequel to sepsis. Chronic biliousness, climacteric conditions. Faintings. Convulsions; epilepsy, with trembling of the limbs, foaming at the mouth, violent cries, delirium. Plague. Yellow fever. Jaundice. General burning. Mouldy odours; of secretions. Sclerosis; multiple, lateral. Progressive muscular atrophy. Take 5 drops in half cup of water 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician OR

Medicate the globules and take 4-6 globules 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

• Diseases caused by a previous low state of the system, low septic typhoid or malarial fever, chronic alcoholism, exhausted vital force.
• Apoplexy: Apoplectic convulsions in inebriates, haemorrhagic or broken down constitutions.
• Haemorrhagic diathesis: blood flows from eyes, ears, nose and every orifice of the body, bloody sweat.
• Yellow colour of conjunctiva; clears up vision after keratitis 
• Malignant diptheria or scarlatina; oedema or gangrene of fauces or tonsil, pain worse from empty swallowing, if vomiting or diarrhoea come on.
• Prostration of vital force; pulse scarcely felt.
• Vomiting evvery month after menstruation, cannot lie on right side or back without instantly producing dark, green vomiting, black or coffee grounds or yellow fever.
• Prolonged menses. Pain extends down the thighs, with aching in the heart region.
• Uterine hemorrhage with sensation of faintness in the stomach.
• Puerperal fever; offensive lochia. 
• Unable to retain anything; violent vomiting of food; bilious vomiting, vomiting of blood.
• Diarrhoea: stools black, thin, like coffee grounds, offensive, from noxious effluvia or septic matters in food or drinks, from high-game
• Constant nausea and vomiting every month, after menstruation.
• Cannot lie on right side.
• Intestinal haemorrhage when occuring in typical septic or zymotic disease, blood dark, fluid, non-coaguable
• Cancer of stomach with vomiting of bloody, slimy mucus. 
• Bad effects of vaccination, especially blood poisoning
• Stool: Black, thin, offensive like coffee grounds.
• Tongue red and small, but feels swollen. Tongue fiery red, dry in center, smooth and polished.
• Moldy smell of breath. 
• Dissecting wounds, insect stings, bad effects of vaccination.
• Vicarious menstruation in debilitated constitutions.
• Swelling and discoloration, skin tense and shows every tint of color, with excruciating pain.
• Vesication. Sallow. Yellow color of the whole body.
• Menopause with intense flushings and drenching perspirations, faintness and sinking at stomach, prolonged metrorrhagia, dark, fluid, offensive, profound anaemia.

MODALITIES:

• Worse:  Worse at right side; open air; evening and in the morning; in spring, coming on in warm weather; yearly; on awaking; damp and wet; jar.
