Muscular weakness, excessive restlessness, better by moving about in spite of the weakness; melancholy, and irritable; dulness of intellect?these were prominent general features. Intense pain at occiput worse at every throb of heart. Retraction of head and neck. Neuralgic pains in limbs. Symptoms of the mind, eyes, and breasts are worse before menses and better as soon as flow sets in. Backache is better after menses.

Dysmenorrhœa. Eyes, affections of. Headache. Lumbago. Melancholy. Myalgia. Rheumatism.

Take 5 drops in half cup of water 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician OR

Medicate the globules and take 4-6 globules 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

• Darting pains in chest (both sides), with palpitation of heart. Sudden, sharp pains a little below Left nipple.
• Breasts feel sore; heaviness in limbs before menses.
• Sensation in neck as if muscles too short.Pain in whole back as if muscles bruised.
• Pulsating pains in back; better by pressure; better after menstruation.
• Faint feeling in epigastrium, extending over whole chest and head, followed immediately by throbbing sensation over whole body.
• Neuralgic pains in limbs. Heaviness of legs as if very tired.
• Face suddenly becomes flushed and hot.
• Frequent desire, with profuse flow of pale urine.
• Menses scant and dark; clotted; afterwards increased in quantity. Suppression of menses for six weeks. Dysmenia; pain not better for several hours after flow has begun.
• Sensation in neck as if muscles too short. Pain in whole back as if muscles bruised. Pulsating pains in back; better by pressure; better after menstruation.
• Heaviness of legs as if very tired.Muscles of calves feel too short.
• Whole muscular system seems exhausted after the least exertion.
• When failing asleep starts up suddenly for fear of falling, or to avoid danger. Dreams of being on high places and in danger of falling.
• Pain in the heart, extending down left arm to fingers, with palpitation. Wakes at night with palpitation.
• Sensation in neck as if muscles too short. Pain in whole back as if muscles bruised.
• Dark circles round eyes week before menses, disappearing when menses come on.
• Fear: apprehensive, of impending danger, or incurable disease. Sits for a long time thoughtless; moving hands and feet; frequent sighing.
• Dull headache commencing in occiput, gradually extending to vertex and forehead; temporarily better by pressure; by sleep; next day soreness in eyeballs, worse by pressure.
