Acidum sulfuricum: Physical weakness, flatulence, prostration, flushes followed by perspiration, tendency towards hermorrhage, pruritus vulvae. Climacteric age with constant hot flushes, and a feeling of tremor all over body, with great debility, and as if everything must be done in a hurry; spitting of blood; constipation; symptoms are < by smelling (not drinking) coffee.

Cimicifuga: Endocrine dysfunction, especially during menopause. Psychogenic depression and excitement. Restlessness. Pain in ovarian region; shoots upward and down anterior surface of thighs. 

Sanguinaria: Vaso-motoric irritations, alternating heat and cold, nervous irritability, headaches. Burning of palms and soles at climaxis compelling to throw off clothes.Painful enlargement of breasts at climaxis.-Abdominal pains as if menses would appear.

Sepia: Hormonal effect, Physical and spiritual weariness, exhaustion, lack of energy, sleepiness, indifference. Rush of heat followed by perspiration. Psychic hypersensitivity and irritability. Sinking feeling in abdomen, excessive fluor, irregular menstruations. Violent stitches upward in the vagina, from uterus to umbilicus. Vagina painful, especially on coition.

•  According to the state of acuteness 3-6 times a day 10-15 drops in some water. When improving, reduce the dose immediately to 10-15 drops three times daily. It is advisable to continue the treatment for a longer period of time at the rate of 10-15 drops, 1-2 days, until the physiological transformation of the body has been reached or as prescribed by the physician
