Bacillinum: Sudden diarrhoea before breakfast. Obstinate constipation , with offensive flatus.

Dioscorea: Pain suddenly shift to different parts. Rumbling with emission of much flatus. Diarrhoea worse in the morning. Sharp pain in the epigastrium, relieved by standing erect.

Gratiola: dyspepsia with distension of stomach. Cramps & colic after supper & at night with swelling of abdomen & constipation. Diarrhoea, green frothy water followed by burning in the anus forcibly evacuated without pain.
