Painful or bleeding piles, fissures and associated pains, constipation and backaches

Hydrastis Canadensis Q: Constipation, with sinking feeling in stomach, and dull headache. During stool, smarting pain in rectum. After stool, long-lasting pain. Hæmorrhoids; even a light flow exhausts.

Paeonia officinalis Q: Haemorrhoids, fissures, ulceration of anus and perineum, purple, covered with crusts. 

Viburnum prunifolium Q: Aching in sacrum and pubes, with pain in anterior muscles of thighs

Ratanhia: Rectum is painful as if full of broken glass Anus aches and burns for hours after stool. Anus feels constricted. There is dry heat at anus with sudden knife like pains.

Hamamelis virginica: Bleeding from any orifice or from open wounds, blood being dark, passive & non-coadulable. Part from which the blood flows feels sore & bruised

Aesculus hippocasta: Dryness of rectum with sensation of small sticks. Anus feels raw and sore with pain and prolapse after stool.Haemorrhoids, with sharp shooting pains up the back, blind piles with bleeding especially during menopause.

Locally twice daily for 1-2 weeks or as prescribed by the physician
