SBL Kali Nitricum 30 CH (30 ml)

It affects respiratory organs, kidneys, heart and blood vessels. Secretions are increased, into cavities. Sudden dropsical swelling of the whole body. It is often indicated in suppurative nephritis, asthma and cardiac asthma. Pains are dull stitching, throbbing. Wooden, numbness. Relapsing phthisis. Very weak. Haemorrhagic tendency.  Gastro-intestinal inflammation, with much debility, and relapse in phthisis, call for this remedy.

Take 5 drops in half cup of water 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician OR

Medicate the globules and take 4-6 globules 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

• Pain in head with vertigo, sensation of falling to the right side. Worse by stooping.
• Fainting fits, with vertigo in morning worse on standing, better sitting down. Pains in occiput better letting hair down. Head pain better motion of carriage.
• Nausea, as if about to vomit worse at night.
• Epigastric or substernal pains go towards axilla.
• Violent dyspnoea; with burning in chest; dull stitches and nausea; can only drink in sips, though thirsty. 
• Backache before menses. Discharge from the vagina between menses. 
• Pain in chest with expectoration accompanied by blood. Difficulty in breathing with nausea.
• Thirsty but is unable to drink water during an attack of breathlessness
• Menses too early, profuse, black, like ink.; preceded and with violent backache. 
• Dyspnœa so great that breath cannot be held long enough to drink, though thirsty.
• Expectoration of clotted blood, after hawking mucus.
• Discouragement and fear of death.
• Drowsiness during day. Disturbed sleep at night; constant dreaming, with frequent awakening. Coma somnolentum. Anxious and uneasy dreams about dangerous situations.
• Mental weariness from lack of occupation or interest. 
• Tongue, red with burning pimples.
• Diarrhoea from eating veal. Thin, watery dark, bloody stools.

MODALITIES:

• Worse: Walking Cold. Damp. Taking cold. Eating veal. Lying with head low. Breathing.
• Better: Gentle motion. Drinking water in sips.
