This poisonous mushroom, acts on CEREBRO-SPINAL Axis. Its action on brain produces more vertigo and delirium. Affection of spinal cord, nerves and medulla, produces IRREGULAR, ANGULAR, UNCERTAIN and AGGRAVATED MOVEMENTS; patient reaches too far, staggers or steps too high, drops things etc. Symptoms appear slowly. Patient suffers from MANY AND DIVERSE. symptoms. TREMBLING; TWITCHING; JERKINGS fibrillar spasms here and there are very marked, EYELIDS and tongue are specially affected. Symptoms appear diagonally as right arm and left leg. Shuddering. Nervousness and restlessness. Chorea better during sleep Sensation as if pierced by cold needles, or hot needles, a cold drop or cold weight on the parts. Painful twitching, then the parts become stiff and cold. In epilepsy and convulsions physical strength is increased, can lift heavy loads. Twitching cease during sleep. Convulsions after coition from suppressed milk; after being scolded; or punished. Young nervous hysterical married women who faint after coition. Children walk and talk late on account of brain complaints. Yawning before complaints. Incipient phthisis; is related to the tubercular diathesis, anaemia, chorea, twitching ceases during sleep. Various forms of neuralgia and spasmodic affections, and neurotic skin troubles are pictured in the symptomatology of this remedy. It corresponds to various forms of cerebral excitement rather than congestion. Thus, in delirium of fevers, alcoholism, etc. General paralysis. Sensitive to pressure and cold air. Violent bearing-down pains. Symptoms appear diagonally as right arm and left leg. Pains are accompanied by sensation of cold, numbness and tingling.

Bad effects of alcohol, Chillblains, Chorea, Delirium, Debauch, Epilepsy, Typhoid, Gangrene, Itching, Rheumatism, Sexual excess

Take 5 drops in half cup of water 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician OR

Medicate the globules and take 4-6 globules 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.

• Old people with weak, indolent circulation.
• Cannot do anything new, cannot do his routine work or does the opposite.
• Delirium: with constant raving, tries to get out of bed, in typhoid
• Drunkards, especially for their headaches; bad effects after a debauch.
• Involubtary movements while awake, spasmodic motion & chorea
• Twiching & trembling run through the whole remedy
• Epilepsy from suppressed erruption.
• Vertigo from sunlight and on walking. Head in constant motion. Falling backward, as if a weight in occiput. 
• Chilblains & frostbite with itching & redness & burning intolerably
• Complaints appear diagonally; upper left arm & lower right leg
• Pain as if ice touched or pierced by needles of ice is very characteristic.
• Spinal irritation due to sexual excess
• Prolapse in post-climacteric period, there is bearing down sensation with severe intolerable pain
• Paralysis of lower limbs, with spasmodic condition of arms. Numbness of legs on crossing them. Paralytic pain in left arm followed by palpitation. 
• Jerking of muscles on falling asleep, esp. toes.
• Leucorrhoea, dark, bloody, excoriating, patient is unable to walk. Itching, with sexual desire.
• Delirium characterized by singing, shouting, and muttering; rhymes and prophesies. 

MODALITIES:

• Worse: open cold air, after eating, after coitus. In cold weather, before a thunder-storm,pressure on dorsal spine, which causes involuntary laughter.
• Better: moving about slowly.
